1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PhotoWipy: Swipe Photo Cleaner ("the App") or visiting swipephotocleaner.app ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. Local Data Ownership & Control

You retain complete, uncompromised ownership of all media files stored on your device. PhotoWipy acts solely as a gestural user interface facilitating your interaction with your native operating system's media database. We assert zero intellectual property rights or ownership claims over any photos, videos, or screenshots organized with the App.

3. User Responsibility & Deletion Confirmations

While PhotoWipy integrates multi-layered safety mechanisms (including Instant Undo and redirection to system Trash bins), you acknowledge that you are responsible for confirming batch deletions. We recommend periodically checking your native Recently Deleted folder before executing permanent manual purges.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

If you choose to purchase any optional premium features or tip the development team, transactions are processed directly by Apple via the App Store or Google via Google Play. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the standard terms of the respective platform operator.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While rigorously tested across millions of images, PhotoWipy does not warrant that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every custom hardware configuration or corrupted storage card.
